Program areas at Keystone Substance Abuse Services
Withdrawal management program: this program provides 24-hour, medically supervised inpatient addiction withdrawal care for adults with 8 beds. This program is on the same campus on herlong avenue in rock hill as our adult outpatient Services. The program accepts self-pay, medicaid, and 3rd party insurance reimbursement and provides charitable Services for those with a documented inability to pay for their care. Fy23 admissions: 285.
Intensive outpatient treatment: patients recovering from Substance use disorders do better in specialized groups that can address issues the group members have in common. Keystone provides our patients with a wide variety of programs tailored to their individual concerns, including programs specifically designed for women, men, young adults, and adolescents. Medication assisted treatment: this program for Keystone patients uses medical treatment to reduce cravings and other unpleasant symptoms of Alcohol or opioid withdrawal. Fy23 admissions: 270.
Youth programs: prevention, intervention & treatment. Prevention programs include general prevention strategies targeting youth. Intervention Services include classes for youth cited for Substance use. Treatment Services include step one, an evidence based program for youth, stepping stones, an intensive outpatient service, and stepping up - a community based program with federal funding. Fy23 admissions: 155. Women's Services: includes women of Substance Services for specific needs of women with Alcohol / Drug dependence. The wos program offers a continuum of care from day treatment to recovery management. Residential program: this program provides long term inpatient care, with a priority for pregnant women. It includes support of pairs program providing funding for clients to become self-sufficient. 142 healthy babies have been born since program inception. Fy23 admissions: 36. Traditional outpatient: this program involves assessment and outpatient treatment with a focus on Alcohol & other drugs, with gambling Services available. It also includes group and individual counseling, relapse prevention, crisis management and Drug testing. Fy23 admissions: 1068. Alcohol and Drug safety action program (adsap): this is a mandated assessment/education/counseling service for persons seeking relicensure after driving under the influence offenses.
