Kids Cook

Maintained usda grant funding, providing education in 15 schools to over 4400 students in albuquerque public schools and rio rancho public schools. Continued relationship with presbyterian community health resource center providing community nutrition, cooking and physical activity education with online cooking classes and 4-week series camps throughout the year. Supported schools back to the classroom as covid restrictions lifted. We got back to normal operatons with in person classes and family cooking nights at the schools. Blue cross blue shield provisded funding to offer incentives to families who came to the family cooking nights. Continuedd relationships with the after school program zia family focus center and the city of albuquerque. As well as, initiating relationships with explora and rio grande educational collaborative to offer out of school time programming.
