Building Strong Back to School Program- Kids served is 230. Events held is 6 for the fiscal year. Objective is to provide support and relief during COVID-19 to low and moderate income based households through offering school supplies, back packs, sanitation packets which include wipes, sanitation spray, hand sanitizer, and masks as well as various disinfectant sprays for the kids homes. Long term goal is to provide school supplies to all low to moderate income households within the Anniston City Schools. This is approximately 1000 to 1100 kids. Supplies include pencils, pens, crayons, color pencils, markers, highlighters, rulers, composition notebooks, back packs, notebook paper, 3 prong folders, spiral notebooks, binders, calculators, index cards, scissors, and sanitation packets.
