New Wave Corporation operates a 24-hour daily production and broadcastingschedule on KOPN 89.5 FM community radio which serves thousands of listenersin Central Missouri. Programming includes local and national news and analysisarts and issues discussion, and music. Local shows are produced to educate andincrease community discourse on topics such as current events, civil liberties,cultural matters, emerging technologies, women's issues, food and farming, and health. New Wave Corporation provides training in radio broadcasting and broadcast production. The organization provides internships and informal training opportunities. The organization provides community service opportunities through participation with the local court system.
