The information regarding these projects is distributed to our members by acccessing our password protected website www.laxbx.com. On the website are a description of the plans already in the planroom, plans we will be getting and a listing of planholders who will be bidding the projects. This allows members to know who received the bids and for who building permits were issued in our surrounding area. News items for our members are also released to notify them of upcoming events and seminars.
Make copies for members of sections of plans such as the electrical or mechanical drawing and notify members of agenda or changes to the projects such as a bid date changes.
