La Mesa Community Kids Foundation

The organization spearheaded the renovation of a dirt lot on the campus of la mesa dale elementary school, by partnering with the county of san diego, the school district, and a non profit youth sports organization (AYSO). A one acre grass field with irrigation was created at a cost of over $300,000, with matching funds from various organizations. Approximately $9,000 in expenses still exist to fully complete the project, which is why the organization is maintaining some cash on hand. To fulfill the basic needs and enrich the lives of children in La Mesa California.
