Lackey Clinic

The Clinic is a 10,000 sq. Ft. modern facility with 9 Medical exam rooms, 5 dental operatories and 1 vision care room, 36 full and part-time staff, and 1,446 patients. We not only improve the health of our patients, but also the health of our community. We take care of our communities residents by providing health care to the uninsured. We help reduce Medical emergencies, emergency room visits, acute hospitalizations, and taxpayer burdens. To qualify for care, patient income must be at or below 300% of the current federal poverty level (45,180 for a single individual, 61,320 for a family of two, and 93,600 for a family of four), (continued on schedule o)
