Program areas at Ladies Learning To Lead
Ladies Learning to Lead- L3 prepares young ladies in middle and high school for college, careers, and life. In 2023 Our programing served clients in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami. Ladies of Resilience Career Mentoring Program served 125 enrolled mentees. Over 1,000 mentoring hours. 90% of enrolled mentees successfully completed the program and reported increased financial literacy. The StatewideAnnual Leadership conference (prevention and academic readiness training) served 116 scholars from Florida and Georgia. Regional workshops throughout the state served as community outreach & mentee enrichment events. Each region hosted Dress for Success, Financial Wellness, and Enriching Cultural Experience workshops.
