Lakeshore Home Builders Association

the goal of the organization is to foster an economic and social climate that stimulates the planning, construction, remodeling, and marketing of quality, affordable, energy efficient homes. the organization maintained 392 members for the year including local Builders, contractors and other businesses and individuals related to the building trades. the organization acts as an advocate for the local building trades by networking with political and social leaders. the organization also organizes an annual parade of homes, where member organizations can show homes for sale and display their craftmanship. the parade of homes included 19 sites in the west Michigan Area in 2023. the organization produced a parade of homes advertising directory in order to promote the event and the locations on the parade. the organization also runs the Lakeshore Home building and remodeling show, which featured the latest news and tips in Home building and remodeling, attend seminars, and showcased careers in construction.
