Founded in 1909, Lambda Chi Alpha has nearly 200 chapters and colonies at universities and colleges across North America, with more than 275,000 initiated. Lambda Chi Alpha strives to lead a co-curricular Greek movement, predicated on partnership and collaboration amongst the undergraduates, host institutions, alumni and General Fraternity, offering an experience that focuses on the maturation development of today’s college man. As such, it is the vision of Lambda Chi Alpha to extend itself beyond the traditional social fraternity in practice and principle.

Program areas at Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity

Chapter support involves virtual coaching model where Fraternity team members conduct regular visits with key officer positions within the each chapter. Onsite visits to chapters are conducted when recommended based on the individual needs of the chapter. The health and wellness team provides resources and tools and liability coverage through a third party insurance agency.
Learning Outcomes designs and develops extensive in-person and online training solutions for chapters and alumni. Ranging from online individual training and group-based activities, to in the room small and large group sessions (with a maximum of approximately 200 participants), Learning Outcomes offers a variety of solutions to meet the needs of our members.
