Lambda Chi Epsilon Zeta Zeta Householding Corporation

To promote and foster the fraternal principles and ideals of Lambda Chi alpha fraternity; to acquire and hold real and personal property for a chapter house for the Epsilon zeta-zeta of Lambda Chi alpha fraternity at the university of north dakota and to engage in other pleasure, recreation and nonprofitable activities which qualify as such within the meaning of section 501(c)(7) of the irc of 1986, as amended (or corresponding provisions of any future united states internal revenue law).
