Description
The Landmine Relief Fund supports the Cambodia Landmine Museum, defuses explosive remnants of war, and provides food to those unemployed due to Covid-19. Additionally, they support the Rural Schools Support Organization in building schools that educate 3,200 children each month and an organic farm that teaches sustainable farming practices. The organization helps clear land mines and unexploded bombs in rural villages, allowing residents to use the land for construction and agriculture. They have worked with the Cambodian Self Help Demining (CSHD) to clear over 177 mines.

Program areas at Landmine Relief Fund

Clearing land mines and unexploded bombs in rural villages thus enabling the residents to be able to use the land to build houses and schools, as well as use the land for farming. We have helped the cambodian self help demining (cshd) to clear over 177 minefields and 5,742,187 meters squared land in cambodia, as well as assisted tens of thousands of people to live a safer life. The cshd also gives mine risk education classes to schools and villages.in addition, we have helped the rural school village program (rsvp) to build 22 schools as of 2019, as well as support 3,200 children every month. We also support the cambodia Landmine museum Relief center and its university scholarship program, as well as provide emergency medical assistance to those who cannot afford medical care. Under the banner of the together project, providing food to those who are displaced and suffering as a result of the covid-19 outbreak. In addition, we introduced our sustainable farming program, and are building a garden with a hydroponic greenhouse, a net garden, an aqua pond and a mushroom garden, which will be replicated around the country providing those in rural areas with additional incomes.
