Program areas at Latham Centers
Latham intensive - provides comprehensive services for individuals aged 8 to 22 who display delayed development, emotional and behavioral disturbances, and learning disabilities.
Shared living - offers foster care for adults in nurturing environments by individuals or families who open up their homes.
Adult services - provides specialized residential and day services to meet the medical, behavioral, emotional, educational, and vocational needs of individuals, including those with prader-willi syndrome.
Independent living - provides support to Latham school students who are turning 22 years of age and are transitioning from Latham's residential care facilities to independent living in the community.
Remote supports and assistive technology - helping to support a safe and accessible environment are key elements to supporting and promoting self-determination, independence, a sense of well-being, and ultimately a self-directed life to its clients.
