The Board of Directors met electronically via Skype in March 2018 and in California in September 2018 to work on administrative academic and student-related issues for the doctoral program. Educational policies were decided. Cost for these meetings include travel expenses, accommodations, and meals for each of these meetings for the members of the Board of Directors and staff
