The corporation is organized for the purpose of promoting social welfare, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(4). Within such limits, educate, empower, support, encourage and engage Latinas to seek public and political leadership roles and positions, resolve critical social service and cultural issues affecting the Latina community and promote civic engagement for the common good and general welfare of the residents and local communities of the state of New Jersey.
