Program areas at Latinas Leading Tomorrow
CORE: After-school program to cultivate leadership personal development academic excellence governance community service and mentorship. In 2023 LLT provided services to 81 Latina students across three Arlington County high schools.
STEM: In-person program engages middle school students in exciting hands-on activities through interactive STEM sessions. We cultivate problem solving critical thinking and self-efficacy while introducing them to inspiring role models in STEM. In 2023 36 Latina students went through our STEM program.
ELITE: Personal development program on the essentials of branding and preparing for success and empowering students to be resilient adaptable and influential leaders. In 2023 23 students completed the eight week program.
