LEAD Hubs Financial Support - LEAD supports leadership hubs that combine high-quality education elite sport training good nutrition healthcare and life skills to empower future leaders. In 2021 LEAD made grants to two hubs: LEAD Monrovia Football Academy in Monrovia Liberia est. 2015 and LEAD Morocco in El Mansouria Benslimane Morocco est. 2019. LEAD provided $377,611 of support to LEAD Monrovia Football Academy and $142,500 to LEAD Morocco.
LEAD Hubs Impact Evaluation - Every year LEAD Hubs welcome independent researchers to implement a quantitative evaluation that assesses our academies' impact on students' leadership potential. In addition LEAD Hubs conduct annual parent and student surveys to maintain up-to-date internal data.
LEAD Hubs Operational Support - LEAD staff provide operational support to grantee organizations access to a network of global partners a platform for knowledge sharing among LEAD hubs and the supply of standardized hub policies.
