Mentoring Services:-------------------The Organization continued mentoring university students and young professionals. There were 98 mentor-mentee relationships during the year, representing 68 active mentors and 98 mentees. These totals include a group of people from the Winston-Salem Fellows Program who were mentored over the spring of 2023. College campuses participating in the program included Cedarville University, Duke University, University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and University of Texas at Austin. Metropolitan areas where the Organization mentored young professionals included Dallas, Fort Worth, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Raleigh-Durham, Washington D.C., and Winston-Salem, NC. The Organization also saw continued mentoring in Kampala, Uganda, with 38 mentoring relationships.The Organization provided nine cohorts of web-based and live LEI Mentor Training throughout the year where a total of 37 individuals completed the training.

Partner Development: --------------------The Organization continued having discussions with churches and other Christian nonprofits who were interested in the potential utilization of LEI programming within their organizations.Conversations centered on how best to train and equip men and women within theorganizations as well as the cost to implement the program within the organization. The Organization furthered its partnership with Watoto Christian Hall and piloted a program with the Cornerstone Church in Warrenton, VA and New Hope Church in Lorton, VA in addition to continuing coaching services with Pacific Church of Irvine. The Watoto Christian Hall partnership centers around equipping men and women to become mentors for students. The three church partnerships are centered on training staff and lay leaders at the churches to lead utilizing the Organizations Lifestyle Leadership Model as well as mentor future leaders.

Program Development:-------------------The Organization also continued piloting a Leadership Development Program with multiple churches that served 20 people made up of church staff and lay leaders.
