Program areas at Leadership Gwinnett Foundation Paul Sansone VP
The class of 2022-2023 included 48 members that were eager to learn how to become a more powerful leader in their work place, community, county, and beyond. They participated in seven learning days that were led by members of our team as well as leaders in Gwinnett county. Participants were divided into study groups to continue their development outside of the classroom. The study groups were beneficial in preparing for upcoming events and forming a network that gave a sense of belonging. The program begins and ends with a retreat allowing additional time of networking with the group and growth in Leadership development.
The Leadership Gwinnett experience does not end after graduating one of our programs. Graduates can join our alumni association or glance graduate network to continue their Leadership journey, stay engaged, and connect with our 2,000+ program graduates. Engage behind-the-scenes events explore gwinnetts unique locations, initiatives, and more educational events exposing alumni to leaders and topical community issues connect plenty of social gatherings including family fun day, holiday party, and vip reception access to database of all Leadership Gwinnett alumni and glance Gwinnett graduates
This 2.5-day program provides an exclusive look at Gwinnett county. Designed to inspire participants through hands-on learning, glance Gwinnett reveals new opportunities, ideas and perspectives from a diverse group of local leaders. How individuals benefit exposure to local leaders, issues and opportunities for community Leadership new friendships, ideas, and perspectives from a diverse group of civic- minded people how organizations benefit unique way to enhance operational training valuable networking that can result in new opportunities and visibility for your organization.
