Program areas at Leadership Harrisburg Area
The community Leadership series is a 9 month program designed to increase connections, resources, and skills for effective community service and enhance the practice of servant Leadership amoung a diverse group of business and non profit professionals. The community Leadership series graduated 44 participants in 2022/23.
Community solutions and support services include community outreach programs; keynote presentations; presentations for students and young professionals; diversity, equity & inclusion training; management of team projects within the community Leadership series; broad based volunteer initiatives; board member and volunteer referrals to non profit organizations; free programming and workshops; publication and distribution of the community caller; alumni engagement programs such as aces; beyond Leadership, the 10 essentials of servant Leadership; board strong certification program for effective non profit board service; Leadership speaker series; and other alumni assistance services.
The executive Leadership series facilitates connections among business and community executives, and increases their regional awareness to enhance collaborations and partnerships that will improve the quality of life throughout the capital region. The 2022/2023 executive Leadership series graduated 21 participants.
