Program areas at Leadership Metro Richmond

Leadership quest educates, energizes and connects the region's established and emerging leaders through an innovative curriculum centered on focused examination of the key issues facing our community while developing advanced Leadership capacities. The 10-month program combines retreats, development seminars and group field work to create a unique mix of intellectual, professional and personal development sessions designed to broaden the deeper perspective and understanding of the Richmond region and its complex issues. Over the past 42 years the program has had over 2000 graduates.
Lmr's board engagement program, including individual consulting via our board concierge service & our bi-annual board connector event, fosters increased civic engagement across all sectors and advances equity in Leadership through board service. We help connect community leaders with mission-driven organizations on areas of interest, skills, and expertise.
Lmr's community engagement programs, including the board governance workshop series, focus on practical knowledge of topics as well as how to connect to board and community service opportunities that strengthen community Leadership and the greater Richmond region.
Leadership Metro Richmond provides a variety of other programs for the benefit of the Richmond metropolitan area.
