Leadership North Carolina informs, develops and engages committed leaders by broadening their understanding of and involvement in issues and opportunities facing our state. It offers seven monthly, two-and-a-half-day sessions that cover various aspects of economic development, education, environment, government, and health and human services to give class members a broader understanding of the state. The program has 55 students.

Program areas at Leadership North Carolina

Seven monthly, two-and-a-half day sessions give class members a broader understanding of the state with a focus on issues and opportunities in the areas of economic development, education, environment, government, and health and human services. 55 students attended the program during the 2022/2023 year.in addition to the class members, 642 attendees participated in class 30 alumni and regional events and 164 attended lnc forum to further awareness of the issues faced by the state of North Carolina. In addition to forum and lnc's core programming, 6 Leadership sessions and events were held during the year.
