Program areas at Leadership Rochester

Leadership Rochester provides programming to help develop diverse leaders throughout the Greater Rochester community. We offered two key programs. Our signature adult program runs for ten months and educates 40-55 professionals and community leaders annually. Our high school youth program serves youth from different high schools across the Greater Rochester region. Both programs focus on helping participants strengthen themselves as leaders, connect with different facets of our community, and develop interpersonal relationships across systemic divides all to help strengthen our community of Greater Rochester for the future.
