Includes much staff time, and expenses for email, website, facebook, mail, telephone, member newsletter, etc. Also includes promotion of www.bikesafetyquiz.com, online quiz-based bicycle safety lessons. Benefits 45,000 cyclists and drivers, public officials, and other members of the pulic. Also includes indirect communications with Bicyclists, motorists and the general public on bicycle safety and other bicycle issues.
The grand Illinois bike tour promotes bicycling in towns through which it has passed, advocating safe bicycling for the participants and raising funds for the organization.
