Program areas at Lean Construction Institute

Lci congress: allows the Lean community to come together for unparalleled knowledge-sharing across disciplines. Provides the opportunity to earn continuing education credits, engage in cutting-edge Lean methods, and network with your peers and Lean leaders.
Communities of practice offers opportunities to connect locally, participate in education courses and workshops, hear from local Lean project teams, attend gemba walks, and more.
Educational and training programs/webinars: offered to share knowledge and address questions and methods derived from elements of the Lean project delivery system. Also e-learning is a series of coursework which organized to offer and develop as online learning programs.
