Community impact accelerator - our core service accelerates and amplifies community efforts to have transformative impact and create thriving communities. We do this by identifying high impact opportunities through a community engagement process, launching a catalytic collaborative project, investing in follow on collaborations that emerge, mobilizing the full range of capital across these initiatives, and stewarding this process towards a virtuous cycle that leads to greater and greater collaboration and investment in systems scale change.
Capacity support, consulting services, facilitation - we provide aligned organizations with additional capacity and expertise needed to take on new projects, communication and marketing programs, fundraising campaigns, gis and mapping, database development or technology solutions, and a variety of other efforts that they can't achieve on their own. We facilitate retreats, planning sessions, leadership development programs, communications and culture workshops, and other personal and professional development. These smaller scale engagements often build relationships that lead to bigger project opportunities.
Strategic impact planning - we identify and develop actionable implementation plans for impactful projects at a wide range of scales from single projects (including conservation planning, conservation transactions, new programs, and social ventures) to foundation and nonprofit impact strategies to large scale collaborative initiatives (including multi-party, cross-sector collaborations to create greenbelts, launch new environmental markets, create new economic development models, etc.) For funders, nonprofit organizations, collaborations and communities. Our plans include funding strategies that tap into a range of capital sources from Philanthropy to debt to impact investment capital.
