The subsidiary boards are responsible for quality control and other operational type issues.subsidiary organizations include hospitals, physician practices, and other healthcare-related organizations.subsidary hospital organizations operate 14 hospital locations across Pennsylvania in allentown, bethlehem, dickson city, east stroudsburg, easton, hazleton, lehighton, and pottsville. These subsidiary hospital organizations include Lehigh Valley hospital (lvh), Lehigh Valley hospital - schuylkill (lvh-s), Lehigh Valley hospital - hazleton (lvh-h), and pocono Health system, which serves as the parent organization to Lehigh Valley hospital - pocono (lvh-p).lehigh Valley Health Network's physician practice subsidiary organization is Lehigh Valley physician group (lvpg), which serves as the parent organization to hazleton professional services dba Lehigh Valley physician group - hazleton (lvpg-h), schuylkill Health system medical group dba Lehigh Valley physician group - schuylkill (lvpg-s), and family care centers, inc. dba Lehigh Valley physician group - pocono (lvpg-p).
