Its target market is native Hawaiian owned small businesses and other community-based organizations in Hawaiian communities statewide. It intends for at least 50% of its borrowers to be native hawaiian-led organizations.in fy 2023, Lei Ho'Olaha offered two core loan products: working capital lines of credit and small business loans, each product tailored to meet the unique cash flow and financing needs of native Hawaiian owned businesses and nonprofit organizations.
