Affordable housing and Community engagement - to maintain housing solutions for deteriorating housing sectors and the decreasing supply of affordable housing.lena Park summer youth program consisted of engaging youth between the ages of 13-20 in amazing activities held at the Lena Park Community center located in dorchester ma. Many of the activities created gave our teens the opportunity to work and play in a safe and nurturingenvironment. The 8-week program consisted of more than 50 to 60 teens daily participating in the following activities:workforce Development training & workshopsrecreational sports activitiesarts& crafts activitiescomputer and fablab activitiestechnology center - is a state of the art classroom with 21st century technology. This center is available for the Community to use to increase their technological and workplace skills. These classes give families an opportunity to move forward in their education and develop a skill set to meet the minimum technological requirements for day to day living.
