In 2023, Liberty Initiative Fund worked with an Arizona political committee to activate support for two ballot measures - back the blue and kids are not for sale - which the legislature placed on the 2024 ballot as propositions 311 and 313.liberty Initiative Fund also worked with citizen-only voting activists and state legislators to promote citizen only voting amendments in the following 14 states: Arkansas, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, new york, north carolina, Oklahoma, south carolina, south dakota, Texas, west Virginia and wisconsin.additionally, Liberty Initiative Fund contributed over $50,000 and considerable advice and counsel to the 2023 petition drive that placed a congressional age limit measure on the 2024 north dakota ballot.
