Library and Information Resources Network (LIRN)

Lirn's primary focus is to maintain and operate an educational organization to support teaching, learning, and sharing of Resources thorough a consortium of participating educational institutions or enterprises, public or private, by training their staffs, students, or constituents, in the methods of accessing online content and Resources. Lirn provides group purchasing and centralized management of electronic Information Resources for its members. Lirn also operates a computerinfrastructure that permits patrons at member organizations to search and access licensed online content.
