Lideramos the Latino Leadership Alliance

Our 5th annual national symposium was a successful three-day convening that included 120 participants from throughout the country, three keynote presentations, a plenary, two expert workshops, and twelve presenters. We broke a record with a total of 53 paid registrations.

In 2023, we launched the core elements virtual training certificate program. It was a four-part train-the-trainer series that included 3 hours of Lideramos designed curriculum per each session. We had 25 registered participants and a total of 15 graduates with their certificate of completion. Due to its launch, we accepted participants on a sliding scale. the launch required extensive planning, research, and redesign of the pilot train-the-trainer curriculum to update materials and to implement an online adult learning platform. the presentation slides and materials created are a working template to in-person training and a future handbook.
