Program areas at Life Pace

Pace (program of all-inclusive care for the elderly) provides an ideal alternative to nursing home placement. Pace allows individuals in need of assistance to remain in their homes or community setting and receive quality care from a team of clinical experts. We provide primary medical care in addition to custom-tailored services including nutrition support, in-home personal care, therapy, psychiatric services, and transportation to ensure that each participant is holistically supported according to their needs. To better serve our community, Life Pace intends to expand to a larger campus in 2024, located at the roma berry center for seniors. This expansion will allow us to continue serving clients at our original location while adding a second clinic with more space for primary care and therapy, as well as giving all our clients more opportunities for socialization and education through expanded programming.
