Program areas at Lifespan Community Services

Substance Abuse Block Grants from Idaho Office of Drug Policy. We provide curriculum and education in elementary schools in Regions 3 and 4 of the Idaho Health and Welfare department. All of our income comes from these grants and are used to provide this program in the various elementary schools. As this is a prevention program it is harder to determine effectiveness but this program provides each student tools to make health decisions no only concerning drugs but for other aspects of life for example, conflict resolution.
