To eliminate the cycle of homelessness through a program for homeless families which offers transitional housing, educational and employment support, life skills programs, and children's services that foster the development of self-esteem, self-sufficiency, and economic independence. Our services are provided in a continuum with Lighthouse of oakland county, inc. and its subsidiaries (Lighthouse emergency services-emergency needs and Lighthouse community development-homeownership and financial education).

Lighthouse Path - programs provide homeless families a safe, controlled, and nurturing environment as a stepping stone to return to a productive and self-sufficient lifestyle. Participants are referred by local womens' shelters.
Childcare program - Lighthouse Path offers a "tlc program" which provides a children's day-care center for residents of Lighthouse Path and others who qualify.
