Raise the age (rta) is a program that provides care and treatment for court mandated 16-year-old male adolescents. It provides an environment to learn and develop responsibility with social interaction. There were 1,779 care days billed during this fiscal year.
Institutional care - provides an environment which allows children to learn consequences of behavior and develop resposibility in social interaction.
