Program areas at Anago Partners
Graduated approximately 30 pastors from three different cohorts in dallas, tx; charlotte, nc; and tulsa, ok. These cohorts consisted of pastors who attended twelve workshops sessions that covered subjects regarding leadership development in pastoral ministry. These workshops were combined with semi-monthly individual coaching sessions for each pastor.
Developed partnerships with a church planting network in 2023 to provide cohorts and individual coaching to church planters. Partnered with the northwest church planting network to provide ongoing church planting cohorts in the pacific northwest to begin in 2024. This partnership will be used as a template for other partnerships with church planting networks. Work on this program included: (a) marketing strategy; (b) financial plan; (c) written materials detailing arrangement; (d) curriculum; and (e) locating regional facilitators and coaches.
Development of a church health assessment program which included the following activities: (a) digitizing a survey; (b) early training of a team of assessors; (c) creation of training videos and materials; (d) documenting of cha process; (e) developed cha marketing materials; and (f) created a sales strategy.
