COLLECTIONS: The Historical Society secures items of historical significance to Litchfield County and improves the quality of museum collections. Approximately 5,700 people visited the museum, law school, & Tapping Reeve House.
EXHIBITS: The Historical Society gives presentations of historical items pertaining to the history of Litchfield. Exhibits are open to the public for viewing and were visited by approximately 5,700 people.
EDUCATION: The Historical Society plans, coordinates, and guides tours throughout the historical areas of Litchfield County. The Society also presents lectures. Approximately 7,200 people attended the tours and special education events.
