Provide homeownership, through a lease/purchase agreement, to persons that would not be able to by other means. The property will transfer to the tentant at the end of the lease term, provided that the tentant adheres to the other provisions of the lease agreement concerning law abiding, neighborhood improvement and graduation. 5 for 5 is an organization that strives to close the gap in literacy and improve the community through graduation, restoration, and homeownership in communities with high drop-out rates by way of renovating blighted homes.
