Little Rhody Rescue and Quarantine

Since inception, the organization has been operating a dog Rescue. The animals are rescued from high kill shelters located in southern areas of the united states. Prior to being available for adoption, the dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated with flea/tick preventatives. All adopting families must submit a detailed application form and pass a bci background check. During 2023, due to unforseen circumstances, the organization paused direct adoptions and partnered with other dog rescues by transferring dogs to the other organizations for them to process the dog adoptions. Little rhode Rescue continued to incur transport and veterinary fees to bring the dogs to rhode island, provide the necessary Quarantine and medical care, and prepare them for ultimate adoption.
