Quest Science Center inspires and nurtures everyday exploration for lifelong engagement with science and technology. It enhances the Quest plaza at Stockman's Park location through science in the park development and programming that includes seven hands-on programs for kids, teens, and adults from June to October. These programs attract 300 attendees per event. Moreover, Quest develops and fielded 20 community outreach events including five school Science programs serving 950 students and family members, four events at local libraries; Cal State East Bay Science i.

Program areas at Quest Science Center

Tri-valley innovation fair - Quest planned and led the 5th annual tri-valley innovation fair which was held at the alameda county fairgrounds. This popular event had 2,800 attendees in 2023, primarily youth and their families to see hands-on exhibits and demonstrations that showcased innovative regional Science, technology, and education organizations.
Other community Science and engineering events - Quest developed and fielded 40 outreach events, including 15 Science programs at local schools (including title 1 schools) and 24 outreach events at various community locations including libraries, parks, theaters, and other sites. Total attendance at these events was over 12,000.
Science in Quest plaza development and programming - Quest enhanced the Quest plaza at stockman's park location and programmed six hands-on Science and engineering programs for kids, teens, and adults from june-october. These free programs were well attended, each event attracting 300-2000 kids and adults. The programs were: bubble bonanza, math marvels, sound sensations, weather wonders, engineering encounters, and halloween hijinks.
