Program areas at Living Independently Forever
Supported independent Living provides housing, through ownership or rental, at condominium campuses in the cape cod and plymouth areas. In addition, the program provides support services which range from direct assistance with daily Living skills, social and recreational activities, transportation, employment services, case management, fitness and nutrition classes, continuing education and annual goal planning.
Group residential Living is a residential program for individuals at five separate homes on cape cod. The program provides support services which range from direct assistance with daily Living skills, social and recreational activities, transportation, employment services, case management, fitness and nutrition classes, continuing education and annual goal planning. In addition to the services noted above, residents receive intensive group and individual services.
