Program areas at Living Legacy
Our principle program is our recreation program. Much of the program is aimed at providing youth and recreation activities held at the west luray recreaton center, our home of operations.
Our third program is the new mental health program. We seek ways to help both adults and youth who deal with tramatic life events and have stress such as domestic violence and addictions of family members. The help we provide is general in nature and provide referrals to mental health professionals if needed. In our day to day operations we are providing them a healthy and safe environment.
Our second program is a tutoring program which we would use our bus to pick up local children, especially those wiith academic deficiencies, and have them work with local high school honor society students. We also feed students a meal and have recreations during the day.
