Loaves and Fishes brings glory to God by providing food and other assistance to those in need and access to GED instruction and materials for individuals desiring to complete their high school education. They have an outreach program that provides shelf-stable food to individuals via local county drop-off points such as the library, recreation center, and local bus. Each week, they distribute food to 75-100 households (300 to 380 individuals) who are unemployed, under-employed, disabled, or elderly.

Program areas at Loaves and Fishes

Weekly food distribution to the unemployed, under-employed, disabled and elderly. We serve between 75-100 households (300 to 380 individuals) each week.
We have an outreach program where we provide shelf stable food to individuals via local county drop off points (library, recreation center, local bus) who are unable to travel to our facility, serving 15-20 households weekly.
We serve 125 to 200 households each of three holidays per year: thanksgiving, christmas and easter, with boxes of food for their holiday suppers.
