Program areas at Long Beach Meditation
Long Beach Meditation offers weekly sunday, monday and wednesday Meditation classes and talks as well as monthly full moon meditations, half-day and full-day retreats. Attendance varies. Some events are donation based and others are fee-based. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, all events were moved to the online platform, zoom. In july 2021 we began offering a hybrid option of in-person and online.
Long Beach Meditation offered one multi-week class online called living dharma.
Long Beach Meditation offered one weekend retreat in september held offsite.
