Program areas at Longview Ranch
In 2023, we tripled the number of guest groups served over 2022 and we served 1,411 individual guests. Longview held four Longview retreats that we programmed, including our very first youth leadership retreat. We served 178 retreat guests. Our summer camps saw the 313 campers in day camp, adventure camp, and action camp. This was the most campers in Longview history. Activities added included a new zipline at the swim hole, white water rafting, rock climbing, crate climbing, pickleball, and a new obstacle course. New programming included an outdoor lab day camp. In 2023, Longview graduated its second class of interns and started its third class of interns. The interns served on a mission trip and on disaster relief projects.
