The organization continued to support the new hospital construction in Valsad District of Gujarat, India, in the form of various grants made from time to time. The organization also continued to financially support the relief programs inititated in India for COVID-19. Grants were also made for other relief programs in India that include Animal Care, Education Care, Humanitarian Care.

The organization carried out about 400 local community welfare programs at different locations within U.S.A, These include Food drives, clothes drive, Education kits, Emergency relief kits, visiting elderly homes, Hygeine kits etc. Over 15,500 hours of volunteer work resulted in distribution of 9,000 sandwiches, 21 tons of Grocery, About 100,000 meals packed 3,800 distributed locally and balance 96,000 sent abroad, 28,000 Education kits , 1,300 Hygiene kits, about 2,500 articles of clothing, etc. The total lives touched by these various program was about 186,000 people and 230 animals.

The organization in collaboration with another reputed charitable organization in India carried out extensive research to understand the vulnerability and plight of women in the underprivileged communities. It concluded that women were the stable force in the family unit and if provided with gainful employment, they could help to significantly alleviate the poverty and sufferings of underprivileged communities. A massive campaign was carried out by the organization to raise funds under various schemes designed to empower women. These funds were distributed in the form of grants from time to time during the year.
