Love the Hungry's mission is to bring nourishment and hope to the world's starving and malnourished children. The corporation organizes itself to provide nutritious fortified meals throughout the world to children and families that are most vulnerable to hunger and malnutrition. In 2022, Love the Hungry had 3500 volunteers who packaged 750,000 total meals. During the same period, they delivered more than 385,000 meals to non-governmental partnerships in five countries, and provided 85,000 meals to assist families in Kentucky, southern Indiana, and elsewhere.
