Parent concierge support: provides individualized support to assist parents with the educational needs for their children. In 2023, we had 68,446 unique connections with families and helped 9,293 families with general esa / sto questions, hope scholarship questions in west Virginia, the special education evaluation process, and homeschool / School search questions. Additionally, there were 110 informational events held and 56 new podcast episodes created to assist parents with gaining the knowledge to help them decide their children's educational needs.
Innovation hub: free service to help education service providers to launch better and faster connections with families. It provides step-by-step resources and availability for one-on-one support to provide a solution to families who want more School options.
