Housing - lys provides free, temporary housing when families impacted by disabilities are traveling to gainesville, ga to receive treatment for their child. During the stay the family is served meals, coffee, paper products, or anything needed to make their stay successful.
Education - we're starting with a disability 101 newsletter for k-5 students in gainesville, ga. Eventually, we want to bring disability education to communities everywhere.
Community - Love Your Story is starting quarterly meetups for moms and caregivers of kids with disabilities: meetups where caregivers can show up and feel seen. No need to worry about people not getting it. No need to explain things. These meetups are opportunities to connect with other families who get it.
